Welcome to Felixstowe & Walton United Football Club

Welcome to our brand new website with lots of features and easy direction guides to get where you want to go quickly.

We have joined with our new sponsor DPS Technology Group to hopefully bring you an exciting and interesting website that will become your first stop when looking for up to date info and quick to find links that get you to all the Important local sites in Non League football plus direct access with one click to the main FA sites. Hopefully we have built a front page that carries up to the minute information from twitter and facebook plus league tables and recent results on top of the up to the minute club information.

Take your time, have a look round and let us know what you think by contacting us at webmaster@felixstowefootball.co.uk

We have been very fortunate to attract and join forces with a website design company where the directors are football lovers and like their Non-League football, it means they start with a basic knowledge of what people want to see and they have been excellent with their assistance in building this site with you the viewer in mind.

Hopefully you will enjoy what you see and make this your default webpage to click for non-league football in the East of England.

We are currently in the process of transferring data from the old to the new website and some areas may not be fully working, please bear with us in the short term while we complete uploading. We have had to take emergency action as the old site has been compromised and therefore the transfer became a matter of urgency rather than a smooth transition.

The Future

Hopefully 2015 will be a significant year in the history of Felixstowe & Walton United FC as we look to take the club forward to the next level, work toward providing 21st century facilities rather than 19th century, raise the whole profile of the club within the community and take the ever growing youth section to bigger and better things.

Ding Dong Merrily

During December the Under 9's have taken the opportunity to raise some funds for their Tournament coming up in April next year.

"Operation Carol Sing" commenced by providing entertainment at two local residential homes. This proved a big hit with the residents singing along. Once the youngsters had a taste of stardom it was out onto the streets, where once again they sang their hearts out and reaped their rewards by raising vital pounds to put towards their target.

Playing football is the boys passion and by bringing them together to do social events like this in the community has brought them much enjoyment.

On a frosty, sunny afternoon at Summer Road it was honours even with two second half goals within the space of sixty seconds, deciding the match. Sheridan Driver volleyed the Seasiders ahead in the 63rd minute with Jack Brame forcing home the equaliser less than a minute after the restart.

The Seasiders welcomed Keeper Ryan Bedingfield (Right) into the starting line up, with both Stannard and Cudworth still sidelined through injury, it followed his mid-week signing from Whitton United and Brightlingsea United where he had been in regular first team action making six appearances for the Ryman side and three for the Greens. Two other changes to last Saturday's starting eleven saw the welcome return of Danny Bloomfield, in for the absent Danny Thrower having missed 16 games with a knee injury picked up in the FA Cup at Enfield Town, Jamie Cole was the third change, replacing Ryan Clark who moved to the bench.
