EXTRA ORDINARY GENERAL MEETING

Following the club AGM on 30th June 2015, there was an extended and open discussion about both the short term and long term future of the club.

No decisions were made about said future as it would take an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of All club members to decide and vote on the future. Please note the club herewith give notice of an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting below.

Ethan Clarke moves to Goldstar

Seasiders manager Kevin O'Donnell was delighted to confirm the signature of Ethan Clark at Tuesday's (30th June) first pre-season training session. O'Donnell added that Clarke was the first of several players he hopes to sign over the coming weeks.

Open Midday-6pm  - Seasiders Summer BBQ, cooking from 12-3pm. 'All you can eat BBQ' for £5 per adult, £3 per child. Burgers, hotdogs, salad and extras included. Every penny raised goes into the development fund for our new clubhouse and changing rooms.

The early rounds of the National competitions have been drawn and it has been a case of mixed fortunes for the Seasiders, a home draw in the FA Cup but away draws in the FA Vase and FA Youth Cup.

Nothing other than pride was riding on this game, both sides were competitive, keen to win, eager to take the points, but never a dirty game, physical, competitive, yes! but neither manager would expect anything less. So to end the final game of the season with two red cards seemed somewhat out of context with the game and situation.

The Seasiders completed their home fixtures with a win to halt a run of five games without a victory which included three defeats, one against the bottom and relegated side Ely City and another against Runaway league champions Norwich United.

Thurlow Nunn League - Premier Division

The two things confirmed at the end of the 90 minutes was that Norwich United are definitely champions as confirmed in midweek and will win the league by at least 14 points while the Seasiders will finish in either 5th, 6th or 7th position, dependent on other results if their current form continues. Two wins from the final two fixtures should confirm 5th spot but goal difference could be the deciding factor.
